A LITTLE HELP

Answers about scenes, purchases, sound and optional market data.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use the same Apple account that made the purchase. In Scenook, open Settings → Purchases & privacy → Restore purchases, or use Restore purchases at the bottom of Themes & ad removal. Check your connection and allow the App Store to finish syncing. If a purchase remains missing, contact support with the product name and an order reference, without payment details.
What does each purchase include?
A single theme unlocks only that theme. Ad removal removes app ads but does not unlock paid themes. The complete collection includes all current and future themes and permanent ad removal. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Separate purchases are not automatically deducted from the bundle price.
How do refunds work?
Apple handles purchase billing and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem website using the account that made the purchase. Eligibility is determined by Apple. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer provide the related unlock.
Why does the sound stop when I leave the app?
Scenook’s ambient audio is designed for foreground use. It stops when the app leaves the foreground and does not automatically resume. While the app is open, use the music control and its settings to adjust each sound, mute playback or set a stop timer. Also check the device volume and selected audio output.
Can I move the clocks and controls?
Enter edit mode to drag widgets and the floating controls, then resize the widgets to suit your arrangement. Portrait and landscape have separate layouts. Optional alignment snapping is available in Settings. The free layout reserves an area for the banner so it remains consistent between editing and display.
Are market quotes included?
Unconfigured quote widgets show clearly labeled sample data. Live quotes require a compatible data provider. Scenook supports configurable HTTPS GET JSON requests, authentication and field mappings; it is not limited to one provider and does not automatically support every API. Provider subscriptions, quotas, regional access and data rights are separate from Scenook purchases.
Does “24 hours” mean the price updates once a day?
No. It describes the change period returned by the provider, such as a rolling 24-hour price change. The refresh interval controls how often Scenook requests data while open. Availability and freshness depend on the provider; a short polling interval cannot make delayed source data real-time.
How do I remove a saved API key?
Open the relevant market data source, clear the API key field and save. Do this for each source you want to clear. Switch the source back to sample data to stop live quote requests. Keys entered directly into a URL must also be removed from that URL.
Does Scenook replace the Lock Screen?
No. Scenook is a foreground app. It can keep the screen awake while it is open, but it does not take over the iOS Lock Screen. Live quote requests and in-app price alerts run only while the app is in the foreground.
Which languages can I use?
The app supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. You can follow the system language or choose a language in Settings. Dates and numbers use your device’s region settings.
